or improvement needs. Click on the Request
Referrals link on our website to fill out
an online request referral form or call us at 917
992-1746 and we will fax or mail you a request.
- Upon receipt of your job request, Home-Work
Solutions will evaluate your project.
- The professionals in our network will then
contact you to discuss the details of your project,
schedule a meeting and/or begin work.
- In most cases, after your meeting with a
contractor, you will receive an estimate for
review.
- A Home-Work Solutions representative will
follow up with you about your contractor meeting
and your final decision regarding your home
improvement project and the referred contractor.
- When you hire a contractor referred by us,
we will keep in touch with you during the course
of the project. After its completion, we encourage
our clients to fill out our Customer Satisfaction
Survey Form, so that Home-Work Solutions can
continue to offer only the highest quality referrals.
- Please Note: When you hire a professional
referred by Home-Work Solutions, you will arrange
payment directly with them as we do not accept
payment on behalf of any contractors.
